actually.... I just woke up at 3 AM this morning projectile vomitting and Im a single mom who has my daughter sleeping in bed and we have such an extensive morning routine for school thats up to me alone and I was so scared cause I just ugly cried for my mom because I was in wreching pain while my guts tried to exist outside my body for some reason but it really scared me because Im alone like my mom didnt do anything about it and it really scared me. Its now 6AM and im feeling fine now, much lighter lol but I can get through the day but watching this video at this moment asking people to not judge their fears and empty spaces helped cause im scared to be alone
