Hello sir, it wars really a great tutorial Can you please tell me is there is any gap between tool and job Or they ae just touched or toll is penetrated in job?

Initially there is a gap, then the tool moves downward and penetrate the job at appropriate depth

At minute 9:01, do you mean tonne/mm3 instead of kg/mm3 ? The value of 2.7e-09 corresponds to tonne/mm3 unit.

Sure! It is possible! It is possible by Ansys fluent but I prefer ANSYS APDL

Hello, Very good simulation. How much was the computational time to simulate? Please let me know.. I had tried this CEL approach & it is taking me 1 week to just to simulated for 2 seconds after that it doesn't show increment in step time..

Greetings sir, i'm a UNDERGRADUATE student working on my FSW machine setup. Sir i face a problem in this simulation. I copied your tutorial step by step but in the end it shows error that fsw tool is not meshed properly for some reason. I tried 4 times but still got this error . Please help me.

Create mesh by creating proper partition, or change mesh type and mesh size

The unit of conductivity is W/(m.K) but you are working in mm so why you did not change it to W/(mm.K)
