Pretty sure Woolie has it backwards. This came out before kof 99, and people who made this joined snk and elements from Cool and Harry Ness were used to make K' and Maxima

no my son, some of the people that made this USED to work for SNK. Mitsuo Kodama was a director in this game but he used to be an artist at SNK and worked on KOF 94. They left and started to make this game. Money started to run out so they couldn't finish like 5 characters. Game was shipped and the entire team went back to SNK and help finish Kof 99.

Harry and Cool were actually the precursors to Maxima and K'. The developers moved back to SNK after they made this game and pretty much used those characters as inspiration for those two. Krizalid's boss theme in KOF '99 is even called "Dear Fallen Angel" in reference to the game.

I swear I've seen that green guy in some old gaming magazine. Man I miss gaming magazines. When I was a kid the first of every month was the same routine; going downtown to Little Caesars with my folks, heading the video rental place next door while our pizza order was cooking, renting movies little kiddies have no business watching like Jurassic Park (hey, the T-rex was scary) and picking up the latest Official Playstation Magazine and pouring over it on the drive home.

are you kidding? he's Totally a smelly hobo fighter. Take a long look at his uniform in SF4 and SF5, it's a very nasty dull yellow color. That's the color of sweat, oil, dirt, mud, blood, and probably vomit from weaker opponents. The smell from that Gi must be sickening.

One is 24 and the other is 47 Roche was born in 1988 and is 16 Harry was born in 1970 and is 34 years old Almost everyone comes from Unknown also The far future of seven years ago sure is weird...
