I like mods that are strait to the point. Not only does it allow for sick beats and tight gameplay to come faster, but also gives less work for the developers which, not only could decrease the time it takes to release the mod, but also just makes it less stressful. You modders are doing fantastic and I hope that you maintain a work life balance.

I don't like it. I like FNF mod that recreate old stuff in the internet and bring them back with a new color, bringing the lore while having cutscene and story, unique animation and mid song events.

I like when mods do that. The Blueballs Incident and Hotline 024 are both big mods with a lot of songs, but Hotline 024 (at least, the medley update) is plain gameplay while B. I. is 60% cutscenes and 40% gameplay (The overall mod I guess is meant to be 50% suspense, 50% creepiness, and 50% pain... Yes, that math was intended). V.s Cassette Girl and other short mods are more iconic precisely because you can experience the actual gameplay in a smoother way.

A good mod doesn't have to have lore. However, a bit of "lore detail" added during songs will add to it. It's interesting but not time consuming.
