I wouldn't say underrated. It's kind of in the middle mod. Sure it's a good mood concept being TF2 and all and looks great but the thing that bothers me is that it doesn't sound great. The voice lines just get very annoying very quickly, and the songs to me just don't seem that good. I don't see why everyone's so hype about it. It's not the best mod, or the worst, just meh. But hey, that's just my opinion.

You don't need the accent you just need to know the language. And the soldier loadout i haven't seen anyone use it and soldier won't use rockets at close range and if they know they have other options of damage then they will use a shotgun or melee.
