I have chronic pain every day for years. I am so fatigued that the smallest tasks exhaust me so much that i have to lay in bed almost the whole day. Being bedridden creates anxiety and depression. It's a very hard life. Since i started Meditation in my bed, i was able to relax parts of my body that i probably havent relaxed since childhood. The pain in my body gets reduced during that meditation to a bareable level. I have only been meditating everyday for 3 weeks, but i already feel the benefits. I just hope that mediation will help me accept the life and the diseases i have.
