Even without the introduction it was quite obvious that he’s Joe’s brother. 😆 *esquites* - Nice recipe. 👍 I use parm for elotes since it needs to be grated and stick to the cob but for Mexican corn salad I use feta if I can’t find cotija cheese. *Fun episode, guys!*

Mexican food is always a big favorite on our house. My husband is half Mexican and really loves all foods, but Thai and Mexican are his favorites.

Wow! That's a feast! I grew up in SouthTexas eating Tex Mex food. And we went on a western trip, ate lots of Mexican and Native American food, so delicious!
