LaTeX is an alternative document preparation approach that can be used to write high-quality conference papers, journal articles, presentations, and even your thesis/dissertation. In this Friday Talk, Dr. Herber demonstrates how a LaTeX-based approach can help you manage the complexity of capturing your research efforts by enabling modularity, consistency, automation, reusability, and a more direct focus on the writing that will challenge how you think documents can (and should?) be created.
