This was so awesome, I love Friday the 13th. Wish I would of caught the video premiere live but happy to be catching up on vlogs now. Jason is my favorite horror villain. I'm a big fan of Jared Padalecki but I haven't seen the reboot yet, I'm looking for it now so I can watch it because that would be the perfect thing to do today!!! Great video, loved it!

Great videos Scott, once you’ve established the town or city a movie is filmed in how do you go about pinpointing exact spots such as the woods scene in this video?

Depends on the movie sometimes there is information online but for this one I had to go to the camp and wander and find the exact spots. I had a ranger with me familiar with the camp and he recognized some of my screen shots. It took a long ass time lol but I found them all. One of my favorite videos I’ve done

I used to like the reboot a lot but I’m more mixed about it these days. It had really good production value and technical value, and I like the idea of Jason being smarter, faster and more strategic. They could have gotten rid of the weed plot point, it seemed pointless. Most of the characters were jackasses you didn’t care about (though Chewie and Trent’s girl were pretty well done, especially the former). I just wish they did some new things and improved the script.

I've never really liked most of the victim characters in any of the films, which I think was always intentional. They are suppose to be kind of annoying or make poor decisions so you end up rooting for Jason. 😂

On my opinion, the rebooted Friday the 13th movie was very, very different from the original 1980 movie. It was incredibly violent instead of being the usual gory. Not as good in my book.
