Very cool that you incorporate so much from your local community into your layout. Those figures do cost a lot of money, to a ridiculous level. Any time you can pick them up for a discount is a huge win!

Very nice, heartfelt comments Jesse. When you get to be an old man, like me, you generally have had to deal with some bumps in the road. If you can make it through these hard times, which you seem to have done, you end of up a much stronger person. I've found out that model railroading is great therapy for the hard times.
