I love Frank! Live in South orange county Ca but going to make a special trip to Pinal county Az to get pulled over by this guy and buy him lunch! He's always fair and reasonable but enforces the law that we all must live within. The problem is that I don't have a cracked windshield, tinted windows and I drive like my deceased Grand mother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
