You can make hexis yourself, but why 😂. I would have ordered them too. That is a lot of hexis. Adam has influenced so many of us. I have never bought a sewing magazine but I would buy one to see the article about Adam.

Exactly why would you make them, unless you had a circuit I guess. The article is lovely. Xxx

I still have my EPP project that I started about 4 years ago and it is now in the UFO pile. I do hope to return to it one day as I more or less finished putting all the hexies together but just looking at it makes my fingers sore 🤣 x

Haha! I have expectations I will finish it any time soon! I don't even know what I'm making them for! Maybe one day you will finish yours too x

Hi Clare, I really enjoyed your vlog, I’ve bought a couple of issues of Simply Sewing in the past which I wasn’t really impressed with but this latest issue looks so much better and I’m definitely going to see if I can get a copy this week, thank you for sharing. ❤❤

I buy the odd sewing mag from the supermarket, but they are really expensive - well, they always were, but I find them even worse now. I don't always like all the 'free' patterns, and the magazine content sometimes leaves me feeling let down. I suppose they have to cater for everyone, but I don't need stuff for children, or gift ideas, so I find I'm just flicking through. I've been sewing for many years and don't really need the 'how to' articles, so for me they are not worth the money. I would advise to check that Cotton & Chalk pattern very carefully. I have one that came with a magazine that was littered with mistakes.

Yes I can understand that. It is why I don't buy them regularly. But once in a while works for me. Thanks for the advice on the patterns I will watch out for that if I make one. Thanks for watching xxx
