A week still recovering ! . My first Donny has been made , may be my new obsession. The Mave needs a little work to look right on me , and I shall go to the ball , if I ever get a start on this dress!!

I have the small Russell Hobbs travel iron and bought it as it was a great price and love it! I find it great to put in a bag and take anywhere. I have my first Donny on the sewing table so I was glad you chatted about it. Love your ‘fruity’ top and I do like a novelty print so might keep an eye out for it. I have looked at the Maeve skirt as a tiered skirt is something I used to love and yours looks great. It’s the gathering that is a bit of a challenge 😂 and I will follow your lead and try a gathering foot. Your retro pattern looks so like the Donny but as I say there are only so many ways you can make things you do need repeats!! My shirt that I am waiting for is an Este shirt by Alterier Jupe. I want a white one to go over a few outfits and haven’t made one for a while. Loved your vlog especially as it was very much everything on my list and I am not good at entering any challenges but enjoy watching everyone taking part. Lastly take care as any fall can do damage but as you say sometimes the Dr can’t do anything for you! I look forward to your next vlog xx

Loved reading your message . How funny your doing and thinking of doing the Mave . I usually stay clear of gathering so the foot is a game changer for me . I have a dress made out of the Alterier Jupe and it’s a gorgeous fabric 👍. Not enough hours in the day is there 😃. You take care also thanks so much ❤️
