The color is good but the breading is too soft and not 100% stuck to the chicken. If you want some fried chicken made right, prep the raw chicken, dust it in cornstarch, then egg, then seasoned flour, be careful when breading them because if you’re too rough the cornstarch will come off into the egg wash. Then fry in oil, peanut oil gets things the crispiest. You know your oil is up to temp when you throw a pinch of flour in the oil and it sizzles.
