FRIED CHICKEN

FRIED CHICKEN
3 kg chicken , mixed cut
½ cup calamansi juice
½ cup fish sauce
2 tsps. ground black pepper
Pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
- Ibabad for 3 hours
- Add 1 cup egg whites and ½ of the breading mix
5 cups third class OR APF
2 tbsps. garlic powder
2 tbsps. chicken powder
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
¼ cup cornstarch

I just tried this now for our dinner, and talaga namang masarap!!! I dont usually like food w/ cinammon, that's why even if we have it in our kitchen, I dont use it pero dahil sinabi mong tip, I used it.
