Tried this recipe in both belly pork and chicken. Marinated overnight. The pork was so tasty and the skin was very crunchy. The chicken however , the taste was ok but nothing exciting. This will be my recipe when roasting pork but not chicken. Thanks chef for the recipe

Really? Ganitong oras ko to mapapanood? 2am? Nagutom ako Chefffffff!!! Dikona maalala kelan ako huling nakakain ng karne dahil kailangan puro tipid ulam lang dahil wala kmi pambili at mahal pa gatas ng baby ko ngayon dahil maselan tyan niya 🥲 tiis tiis muna as of now pero sobrang takammm ako sa mga luto mo Chef. Mahilig din po ako magluto (kapampangan po ako) at yung namayapa kong lola e magaling din (bicolana sya) sknya ako lumaki. Hehe Godbless Chef! Basta happy ka dun ka😍🥰
