Crazy Pop... I just got Blackstone's new "Super Scoop" so when ever I cook thinks like this delicious Fried Corn it makes it easier to get it all up in maybe two scoops. Now I'm hungry for some fried corn but 46 degrees outside is not optimal for cooking enjoyment.

I served this as a side with my grilled chicken sandwiches and some cole slaw. Needless to say my pool party was a huge hit. Do you up some grilled chicken sandwiches with briosh bun, lettuce, tomato, and this corn on side. Lovely & by the way, this really pairs well with any beer too! This is a great recipe that goes with a lot of dishes.

I like your wind deflectors.... so they work?
@TheCrazyPop3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, they work great. 1 dollar each at Dollar Tree. Keeps the wind out and the heat in so you don't melt bottles anymore, (not that I have ever melted a bottle....lol).

@@TheCrazyPop I tried it friday evening. It got glowing reviews from some of the guests at our cookout. My personal feeling was that the corn turned out rather tough. I suspect that is because I started with a bag of frozen corn, and threw it directly on the griddle. I will have to work on my technique for this one. It definitely has potential, tho.
@TheCrazyPop3 жыл бұрын
I used can, so maybe that's the difference, not sure. But like you said it has potential and you can work with it and make it like you like it! Thanks for letting me know how it turned out!!
