Today I cooked onion egg using your recipe. It was a great success and my son said 9/10. I don't have fish sauce so I used a pinch of salt and white pepper. So yummy. ❤

Hi Cooking Ah Pa, another way to flip the omelette over using the plate is to first cover the pan (with the omelette still in it ) with the plate. Then flip over so that the omelette now moves from the pan to the plate ( yours was the other way round). After that, move the flipped-over omelette from the plate to the pan. I think doing this way is less dangerous.

Love fried onion omelette! I also find it difficult to flip haha Do we need that much oil to get it brown like that? Or can I reduce the oil and still achieve the same result?
