@@Lisa-ServantOfChrist what is your recipe for green seasoning? Not everyone uses the same ingredients. Also in your video you used more than just salt and pepper, is that seasoning salt. I would love to follow you and possible subscribe but I wouldn't subscribe if there are no ingredients listed. I just learned of this dish and when I purchased it I could taste curry and gorham masala in the seasoning so I'm confused by just salt and pepper

@Rosalind Brown Hi Rosalind, the ingredients are: Fish seasoning Green seasoning Salt Black pepper Adobo seasoning I usually make my green seasoning with onion, garlic, shallots, celery, and hot pepper. It's basically a combination of all green herbs, whatever you like.

Take.a look at nick vanderlaan new video. He is in northern Saudi Arabia. Banga Mary could be cooked without worrying about the blood. I discovered that in the scriptures it does not call fish meat. 👍
