You can also wrap the ice cream in pressed pound cake, freeze, and then lightly tempura batter and fry for a different version.

I would recommend to freeze them overnight before frying. And crank the freezer down to the lowest setting. Also sprinkle a healthy dose of cinnamon sugar in the corn flake mixture. Also, use frosted flakes... Por favor
