But why? The point for having this game in the first place was to see exactly how AI treats this opening from both sides of the board. Plus, I don’t think engines can simply “agree to a draw” unless the position is absolutely drawn, with no win possible.

Lo más lógico es que una partida de ajedrez,jugada mediante inteligencia artificial de semejante nivel,siempre termine en tablas. Sin embargo,en esta partida en particular,las máquinas nos quedaron debiendo mucha magia,magia que sí hemos visto en las partidas jugadas entre humanos.

None of the engines have near 4000 ELO. SF 16 has 3600-ish in classic chess.

It was a bad opening for black but managed to draw! If only black have a strong opening it could have won because black have 4 higher value pieces vs a queen and rook!

The openings are defined by humans. AI only start "thinking" after a certain position. Unfortunately, vloggers usually forget to indicate this position. So it may look like AI "stupidly" choses a bad opening. I think here AIs actually were turned on after K:f7

ikr? 5...Nxd5?! is known to be a dubious--if not, bad--move in this opening. I give credit to the AI for even being able to draw this game as Black against Stockfish.

So, what exactly...if anything...does this game teach us? Does it mean that with "perfect" play the Fried Liver Attack ends up in a draw? From a human standpoint, many of the moves made in this game are far from intuitive. And with no move-by-move game analysis or narrative, there's not much to be learned here. Just another exercise in futility!

The key word here (misused?) is “perfectly”…or flawlessly, if there is such a thing in chess. But at least in theory, in a flawlessly played game WHITE should always win…if only by a hair…because white makes the first move. ⁠⁠@@nikolaosskordas9159

I don’t understand what you just said. “Human moves” are generally considered to be “intuitive” moves…moves that both look and feel “natural” from a human standpoint. On the other hand, “AI” moves (which are supposedly the strongest moves) don’t always look “natural” or intuitive from a human standpoint. In fact, some AI moves appear to be totally irrational…at least on the surface!

Hard fought game in one of the oldest and most famous openings. Doubtful that human GMS would have succeeded with Queen vs rook and two bishops as well as Alphazero. Pretty amazing game.

No fake. This is chess of a very, very high level. Mostly the moves are so deep, that human can not really understand it.

A lot of blunders on both sides? Can you tell us where some of those “blunders” are, and what you think were the correct moves? As I said before, AI/engine moves can be so unintuitive and unnatural looking to humans, that it’s almost impossible for us to fully understand what’s going on!

7:53 computer mind didn't see the queen sacrifice to take the bishop e6, then promote the pawn to queen g8 plus tempo check to king if king is to take the sacrificial queen in e6

@@gigagargantuar5472The computer sees it but it thinks that after g8Q promotion, black Kd7, and both the pawn on a4 can be saved and the b king has time to walk over there, while the white king will never be able to enter the queen side, which it is a draw.
