FRIED MOZZARELLA STICKS

Fried mozzarella sticks
300 g of mozzarella
2 eggs
salt/pepper/smoked paprika
corn flakes without sugar
1. Cut the mozzarella into medium cubes.
2. Grind corn flakes in a blender.
3. Mix the egg with salt and pepper until smooth.
4. Pour flour into a separate container.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan.
6. Bread a block of cheese several times in egg and flour, and then in flakes.
7. Put the pieces in a saucepan with oil and fry them over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, until they are golden brown.
8. We take out the mozzarella and put it on napkins so that the remaining oil runs off.
9. Serve with ketchup or sauce.
