Shakshuka is the way to cook eggs ... Mmmm with paratha roti. Had that yesterday saturday for dinner. RNG does your salt have iodine? If not you need to use iodized salt .. we need iodine for our thyroid glands en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iodised_salt
