Today you will learn how to make a stunning vegetarian/vegan fried tofu dish!
This tofu is first fried and then braised in a flavorful scallion sauce.
For this recipe, I used a harder type of tofu, not the soft one.
Ingredients for 2 people:
200g hard tofu
3 green onions
1/2 tsp corn starch
30g vegetable oil
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp white or black pepper
2 leaves of chinese cabbage (optional)
