Her peak b**ch mode was in my opinion, the two instances she tried to sprinkle doubt and insecurity between Monica and Chandler. I like Phoebe but sometimes she does too much. In this episode I think it’s not that bad, I feel bad for Tim but better she let him know than string him along further.
