Many of it was his own fault though. -He finally had his crush but got paranoid and possessive to the point that she needed space (or a break), and the moment when he thinks she's gonna sleep with her coworker, he sleeps with someone else. -When he got back with her, he could've just let that annoying phase past, but he didn't want to be held responsible for his mistakes (yes, they were broken up, but let's not pretend that he wouldn't have reacted the same way as Rachel, if not worse). -He quickly marries a girl he barely started dating while still hung up on Rachel, then gets divorced. -Even the Vegas wedding was inadvertently his fault for encouraging her to get drunk after he drew permanent marker on her. -Monica reveals that Emma was a result of an expired condom, so that's Ross' fault there. -Ex has his baby but he admitted not wanting to renew their relationship in fear of their toxic relationship, so he didn't want to ask her anymore even if guy from a bar or Gavin didn't exist. -His friend actually turned his ex down out of loyalty to him but he didn't return the favor by kissing the friend's ex immediately after the break up.

I don't care about who's right or who's on who's side and why and what they did in the past. Regardless of living together or not, they were not in a relationship. That means they are allowed to see other people without the other having a problem with it, and yes if it means the other has to watch Emma for the night then that should be okay and they should discuss reasonable amounts of time when they each can have a break and go out. In my opinion, though it isn't right that Rachel has ruined so many serious relationships with the women Ross has been with, it doesn't excuse the fact that Ross should do the same when it came to hiding the phone number. It doesn't matter if they both have feelings for each other. If neither of them is making an attempt, don't stand in the way when the other wants to explore different relationships. The only reason this didn’t work is cuz both of them weren’t being completely honest with one another. Ross was always in love with her and she felt the same but the trust was broken from him cheating but they cud never fully ever get over each other. They wud have had to have no contact with each other ever again in order to get over each other and once they had a baby together that was never gonna happen. They wud always be in each other’s lives at some capacity and honestly cudnt live without each other in a way. Couples fight that’s a fact but a lot of these fights were cuz they weren’t in a relationship which is what both of them wanted deep down. To be honest, it doesn’t matter if they were on a break or not or if Ross sleeping with another woman was right or not or if Rachel giving her phone number to a random guy or kissing Gavin was right or not. What matters is that both Ross and Rachel messed up their relationship and they both acted immature about it, both don’t want to admit it and let it go, because Ross can’t can’t get over his first divorce and Rachel was being selfish and inconsiderate about his feelings. I know you all think it’s stupid, but to me it’s not and I think the real truth is that you all don’t want to accept the truth. At least I’m being honest. The real problem is that you guys don’t know when to be honest and accept it. More over all, if Rachel really wanted to get back together with Ross, then she should’ve admit that the breakup between her and him was her fault too, not just Ross alone. But no, she chose to be selfish and inconsiderate and very insensitive to other people including on Ross as well. And again, Rachel has no right to treat Ross like crap. Also how did Ross treat every women so badly? From what I watched in the show, he always tries to be the best boyfriend he could be, but Rachel kept getting in the way. Also, it seems perfectly clear that Ross was really serious about wanting to start things up again with Rachel, but her selfish actions kept making things hard for him from wanting to go for it and more importantly Rachel’s the one who keeps taking him for granted. And again, if Rachel wanted to start dating again after the pregnancy, then the one thing she should’ve done was talk to Ross, but she chose not to and lied about it. I know Ross hiding the guy’s message was a bad move, but he wouldn’t have do it if Rachel could’ve been honest with him. That what’s why Rachel is the bad one too and not just Ross.
