Great group, of course, I'm always happy to see Jared. But I gotta say: I'm fascinated by these "OSR" systems that grudgingly give you a handful of hit points as if they imagine this was something anybody, ever, was nostalgic for.

I think it's great. Nothing more boring than your typical D&D party that defeats everything they meet, people barely ever having to roll death saves, & going from superheroes to mega super ultraheroes as they level up.

hey, do not knock sharpened bones. one of the early shadowrun novels a group of runners was at a biz bar in a meeting, one of the runners (an orc) was eating chicken wings and snapping the bones in half - when sh*t went sidewise he stabbed at least one attacker in the jugular... bones can be lethal
