If you watch the extended edition of this episode, Ross says at the end "So this whole time you've been made at me because of a dream? Well guess what, Phoebe. Now I'M mad at YOU." She then pinches him and said "Sorry. I had to makes sure this wasn't a dream either." I think it would've made Ross more furious that after he said he was mad at her, she would then say "Okay, Ross, you need to learn to let things go" because of how she couldn't let this go.

Like the episode "The One with the Cheap Wedding Dress" when Joey and Ross were dating the same girl and when a waiter arrives after the girl leaves, Ross asks Joey if he's hungry and Joey replies "Does a bear shit in the woods?" which was an improvised line.

It's not uncommon it's just most people are embarrassed or insecure to admit it but yes when I've had vivid dreams feeling humiliation for example the next day I'm not the usual chilled person people know , that day people need to keep out of my way or I'm likely to have a short fuse with them. Yet again it only depends if the dream was so vivid it seemed real which is quite rare

I used to watch Friends a lot in the 1990s. It was a fun show initially but then got all weird with the weird gfs and then the whole Ross Rachel bs and then everyone basically sleeping with everyone else etc. I mean it got a bit stupid and hence they ended it. But still Friends had the best jokes. Then it was paired with Seinfeld which was another amazing ensemble show. Color or diversity or ethnicity never mattered because they were well made shows. Everyone of all skin colors watched them and liked them
