friendship breakups can definitely vary They can be low like Sahar’s They could be even slower They could be really fast They could be mutual Or a friend could just start completely ignoring you after being like best friends the day before All of them can still hurt Some you can reverse the roles in other friendships and it hurts for the other person, but you can understand Some(especially the ignoring one) can be really hard to understand

This recently happened to me with two of my friendships! Insane how eye opening it is once you experience each side of the friendship break up. Breaks your heart every time but some things just aren't meant to be anymore.

For me, you were totally spot on with the flame analogy .. and the jealousy- if I truly like anyone, I get jealous. I never realized that doesn’t make me a complete possessive psychopath, I was so relieved to hear you explain that about yourself. But it’s funny how I noticed when the jealousy finally fades, the flame isn’t there anymore either.

As I am watching this one of my friends is explaining why she doesn’t want to be my friend anymore. I cut off another toxic girl not to long ago and now watching this I’m realising friends come and go and they’re always better ones who won’t break promises. I’m ok surprisingly which is weird for me because I’m a very sensitive person. I’ve been through toxic friendships for a minute and I’m happy that I don’t have any toxic people anymore. Please know that friends come and go there are some not very good friendships and when they end you just know that that person maybe never really cared for you ( unless you did something really wrong) it’s fine if you did. I did some pretty bad things which I apologised for and if you really understand what you did wrong and try not to do it again then that’s ok. You’re never alone there’s always someone with you. I know I’m a stranger but I’m with you if you’re ever feeling alone or hopeless. There’s a hope waiting for you somewhere hiding in all this darkness. You just need to keep searching keep on healing 💛💛💛

I clicked on this cuz i wanted some comfort cuz I am crying right now thinking of 2 of my friends who had stopped talking to me on different occasions. The first one was my childhood friend and when we were kids we weren't really close, but i really admired her and because of that when we grew up we became good friends. But soon i realised that she hates me and just stays nice to me from the outside because i am really nice to her. She would criticise me, brag to me how rich she is, how she scored more than me & how she was friends with the cool kids. I would always reply her positively to all her bragging. It took me so long to realise that she told me all these as in "i am superior to you" because she hated me with passion. Why? I dont know, like i have always admired her. I was so naive back then. Never realised that she wanted to see my smile fade away. And then one day, she started totally ignoring me. We crossed each other, she greeted my sister and not me. And at the same time, we had a common friend with us, but that friend started ignoring me too, she also ignored me when i tried to greet her when we crossed paths. It hurts so much. My other friends never had problems with me, but these two friends really hated me to the point of not even explaining me what did go wrong from my side.

What's worse is, i started seeing both of them hanging out together to this date. I don't know why i was the problem. Moreover i am more than ready to apologise and accept my mistakes even if I wasn't at fault. But seeing them happy together seems like they both really didn't liked me And it hurts. Cuz I admired both of them so much. I would even buy random snacks for them just because I wanted to spend quality time with them 😢😢😢 I don't think I'll ever be able to get a good friend in my entire life. I just want to have genuine bond with someone

I'm sorry to say but they're definitely just self obsessed and too arrogant to form a real connection with someone that's not exactly like them, I hope you're doing better and don't even waste a single tear on such people. they're not worth your time or energy, you might be wondering "oh what did I do wrong" but u have to understand that it's just not fault and it's fine to accept that certain ppl are just not made for you. please stay with friends that respect you and actually love you for who you are. sending lots of love your way.

I loved this video, thank you so much. Right now I'm in a bad situation with my friendships and I don't know what to do. Basically, I had this all girl friends group, but in the past few months, we started to divide. I was really good friend with a girl from the group, but she started to get jealous just because I met a new friend. So she started to treat me bad and to text me shady things. I felt really anxious because of that so I decided to talk to her, but all she did was to defend herself and she never apologized to me. Now she behaves like nothing has happened. I don't know what to do. It's not like we talk or something but her behavior really surprised me. Now my friend group is really messed up and honestly I don't know what to do anymore. I recently reached out to a close friend after we had stoped being friends and i asked her if she wanted to become friends again and I wrote to her a paragraph about all the fun times we had together and she got back to me.
