When you have a disability, fitting in is pretty hard. Sometimes a disability is the only thing people see. It is very relieving when people just acknowledge the symptoms and then move on, focusing on interests, ideas and feelings a person has, just like everyone else!
Bella was born with Spina Bifida Occulta with tethered spine syndrome. At just 3 months old she had dangerous, corrective surgery and it saved her life!
But her problem progressed and after a few years she started having bladder problems. So she had to carry wipes, spare underwear, liners and more.
My Private Pocket Underwear was Isabella's tried and tested solution to carrying emergency supplies and back up underwear in a way that the other kids wouldn't know, allowing her to enjoy life like other children.
