There is a lot of good advice here. I recently started a new job where I work remotely in the US and my colleagues are mostly in Canada and working at our offices/labs or have a hybrid schedule. Our company has a number of ERGs including a DiversAbility ERG which I joined after only a few weeks. I was comfortable enough to gradually open up and unmask to the group which was huge! I am the only unmasked autistic person in the group, and there are a few ADHD folks as well. Everyone is tremendously supportive!
