This is so pretty! Also why do artist apply gray coloring on their line art before actual coloring? 1:35? I am new to drawing hehe

Thank you very much! I use to apply grayscale very often in the beginning because I can easily focus on the intensity and direction of light and shadow without having to think of the actual coloring. It gives me more confidence in making a believable shading, when making the final rendering, I use the highlights and the shadows that I applied though grayscale layers as a reference. I hope my explanation was clear😊also stay tuned beacuse I'm preparing a tutorial about shading and coloring
