You said that you thought if a demon was raised with humans that could be the difference and that the problem was that demon wasn't "raised right." While it's possible a demon raised from an infant with humans might be able to learn what humans considered to be right and wrong and learn not act against those human beliefs, that demon would still never understand the emotional side of why it would be wrong to commit acts such as murder. In this world demons appear to be similar to Psychopaths who have a limited ability to feel emotions such as empathy or remorse. They might be able to imitate or act as though they do but the actual ability is not there. It may be possible for them to resist acting out just like there are many Psychopaths that exist in human society who are not killers they are still unable to feel emotions and it can manifest other ways. For an interesting /terrifying example, several studies have found that between 12%-20% of corporate business leaders have some form of psychopathy. And in fact it's not uncommon for people with psychopathic tendencies to become business leaders or corporate CEOs. It sort of answers the questions we have about how some corporate leaders can live with themselves after destroying the lives of those in their paths.

one thing that this anime dont say, is that every monster fade in mana peaces, and demons too, you see this wen stark defeat the dragon an when freieren defeated the demon on the ep3 and when fern defeated the Einsam (Phantom Demon that made heiter illusion ).

Trying to "raise" demon the proper way is as absurd as domesticating a "talking" parrot, but if parrot was a size of a tiger and ate tiger diet (which is meat). It's already a stupid and scary idea, no matter how cute tiger is. But in case with a demon it is intelligent enough to always know that it's stronger than human, unlike tiger who is scared of gun. For demons, we humans are merely a farm of chickens to eat. However cute a chickens can be and passionate to them you'd stay, in the end you still eat those chickens. When that demon said "seems i've made a mistake somehow" she just saw that people lost trust to her, (UNLIKE FIRST TIME she ate a girl and they just let it slide). She just didn't understood why people didn't "buy it" second time, since that's the exact lie she successfully used before.
