When you see the absolute power of these horses at play, one really understands the respect that is given and earned by Tara's training. Don't they look totally breath taking when running free? Ti's a pity that the same is not granted to human beings these days.

I like seeing both the horses different gaits. how the Friesian lifts its legs up more than the other horse which I'm guessing is an Arabian breed.

I could sit and watch these two horses all day,I have never been able to own a horse as I have never been in a position to afford one,I'm 51years old and have loved horses since I was a little girl.it does my heart good to see people who truly love their horses and care for them.there are so many abandoned and mistreated horses in the uk.love you vlog Tara thanks so much for sharing

Lovely watching them play. I can imagine Apollo carrying a knight on his back . I get the impression he wants to go home, or he’s playing a game with you. Apollo is just getting the kinks out of his back. Full of mischief. He certainly is gorgeous and powerful when galloping. .. I don’t think he would ever buck with either you or Rens on his back. Reminded me of black Beauty when he was running. Apollo is still my favourite.. x

I am a new subscriber. I love to see horses at liberty. I love Arabian's. When I was a teenager my best friend and I worked three summers at a Arabian horse farm. I leared so much there. Now I am 62 and disabled so I haven't been around horses for many years. I get my fix by watching other people horses. God bless you and you boys. I think they are both reacting to the changes in their field. It has been mowed and had a tractor roaring around on it so probably smells different and the new fence is a strange object denying access to a familiar and favourite part of the field. So it's all a bit new and worthy of inspiring some highjinks, especially if they haven't had turn out while it was being worked on. Horses are so goofy at times. 😊🐴

Apollo is just a stunner, his profile is absolutely gorgeous, his face is perfect. I could watch him all day. I love the view from behind of the two of them running side by side. Amazing how two animals of comparable height have such differences in their feet. Farouk has those small tight feet and Apollo the wide dishy ones. I think they are both ticked off that you won't let them go to their favorite side of the field. Poor Farouk, at the beginning, the way he would look at you and then the fence and then you again, as if to say, "Mum, common, let us go over there!" And then Apollo showing his friskiness, I think he too wanted to get his way and go over there! What sweeties and such good boys!

WOW! Wow, wow, WOW!!! Were they in excellent form or what! Tara, this is one of those occasions that always reminds me of two hallmarks in your life with Apollo" (1) his introduction to Zeus and Koning, and (2) his introduction to Farouk. He has always been the dominant male in the group. I have watched those videos four times each to compare his journey. When he was the new Man in town with your former boys in the field galvanized at the approaching them, he was Joe Cool. He greeted them briefly and walked away without a glance. And, when Farouk was the new Kid on the Block, emphasis on kid, Apollo watched him more like the glowing speck on the radar screen, allowing the interaction, yet shutting it down when necessary. He is such a powerhouse that his personality is the friendly giant, where Farouk has become comfortable with friendly and forgets the "giant" part. I can't remember another video of him romping around so much. It was fun to watch both boys puzzling over the humming fence, while you three watched them. (Rens is now "Dad" to your being Mom! So fun to notice Apollo greeting him. Steve is looking great. The recent video he took of you and Rens on the short ride was really lovely and evocative of a slice of country life to show Americans wanting a taste of the Old Country. Come to Yorkshire and YOU too could look like this! 💙 : )

Thank you Tara for replying, and so quickly too. I have watched all of your videos, and these have given me many hours of happiness thinking of my adventures with my two, an Anglo Arab 15.2 hh, (whom I also backed at 4 years old and brought on) and a New Forest 14.2 hh. I do envy you having both of yours living on your property. Unfortunately I had to drive/cycle the few miles to see to mine at 5.30am each morning (winter and summer), then back again in the evening. But I got so much enjoyment out of looking after them. Thank you
