Everyone is taking their time going inside nobody felt like rushing just enjoying the walk back, going into a stall & all Yvonne wants to do is ride Reintje lol. The mares think “we aren’t in a hurry we will make Yvonne wait”😄🤩 I love that little moment between Frieda & Minze Teije touching noses so gently how adorable, Minze is the cutest boy in the world & Frieda was incredibly sweet with him.💖💖 All the beauties are so special.🌟🌟🦄🦄

friesians are so smart.....the smartest breed in my opinion.....they are going to get as many mouthfuls of grass because they know are going to be put in the barn...so they take their time sauntering in ......it is so wonderful to watch yvonne interact with the horses...she has special skills communicating with them that few people have....thank you for this beautiful video....you have a perfect canvas to work with..and you capture everything subtletly and beautifully

This is for EVERYONE that is concerned about Johnny because I know this is a frequent question that comes up often but that’s completely fine: Johnny is a teaser stallion for these mares & that way the team can tell when a particular mare is ready to be inseminated. He is a Dartmoor Pony & even though he’s not in with his ladies Rein will loan him out sometimes to other farms whose owners have Dartmoor mares they’d like to breed so there are mini Johnny’s out there😄🤩 Also Johnny gets a huge amount of attention from both the team & the kids that come visit, in fact Johnny has calmed down quite a lot due to this because he’s been trained/worked with to be around the kids particularly Yvonne’s little one Rein. Johnny really does enjoy all the one on one attention that he’s given especially from Rein & the others because they will come & brush him pet him & talk to him and all of that has helped him mellow out & relax, to be patient & gentle. So yes even though you are used to seeing him by himself in the pasture that’s not all of it, Johnny is incredibly loved & cherished with lots of friends that love to see him & both mare ladies & human ladies that adore him so he’s not lacking or wanting for much. He’s very well cared for just as all the horses & Senna(dog) & Barney (the cat) are so no worries, though I can understand where the concern is coming from but it’s really not a big deal at all.😊👍

Nice video of the Friesians. I wish the flies weren’t so bad. Maybe having a longer forelock helps to keep the flies out of their eyes. I think this is the first video I’ve watched that they were so slow going to the barn. Must have been the heat.

It looks like a beautiful, warm day there. The mares & foals aren't in a big hurry to move, as if they're sleepy and relaxed from the warmth. Richtsje is very pretty here! Frieda will soon be old enough to have her own foal maybe?♥️ Suggestion for a video might be an update on which horses are still with you, which have been sold, or are on the market for sale? So SO happy & relieved that Queen Uniek stays forever with you. You must feel like it's a dream come true. ♥️🎀👑🐎

Nathalie ladroue Hi no you’re not mistaken because Mathilde & Marije are the 2 oldest fillies they lost their baby fluff first & that is why Myrthe & Minze Teije look much more soft in this video(it was filmed in July) By now all 4 foals are beginning to look like mini versions of their moms because all the foal coat is gone.😄😊

I find it absolutely amazing how they all go into the stalls by themselves! Do they always go into the same ones? Or different ones? I’ve seen some people having trouble getting their horses into the stalls and have to lead them each time, is this unusual? ❤️❤️❤️

Anne Hamilton No they don’t walk into the ditch, just drink from it. They don’t actually go into deep water unless it would be necessary (if they were being ridden into it for example) and due to them being flight animals if they can’t see where they put their feet it’s very scary to them. There are previous videos of water fun in the pond with both Reintje & Uniek. The mares really have no reason to actually go into the ditch,the foals could go in if they wanted to but they learn from their moms that it’s only for drinking not stepping into.

Mary Marino lol it’s not that difficult to do I learned just by pressing my tongue against the roof of my mouth though I’m not as good as Yvonne.😂🤩She just uses it as a reminder to keep them moving & I do the same with my dogs they respond really well to it.🤣🤣
