The way friezas whole thing works is simply broken To anwser your question midway through the video, frieza basically did normal training, his race isn't strong af off a wim, frieza was said to be a prodigy from birth, he could train for a few months and became god level in power It essentially didn't matter what training he did, he was so broken in potential that it just didn't matter

He very much did, Frieza only won because he was fast enough to react and get out of the way of Megatron's attack, Megatron was using anti-matter. If you throw anti-matter at anything that has matter its gone, and im pretty sure Frieza is made of matter. Even when Frieza was in his black form, he would've got obliterated. Even in the last part it showed Frieza losing his lower half and his arm, if Frieza was only a second off he would've been gone. Plus, I'm pretty sure this is JUST Megatron, not even Megatronus or Galvatron from the comics, if it was any of those Frieza would've been gone a long time ago.
