unbelievable. Ten years later, just seeing this video. How amazing. i saw 1522 when I was a kid in the early 2000s and have always wanted a model like this. I cannot believe the sound, and even the chugg sound just like I remember in north texas. I hope to see another video of this soon.

Nice I see your using Ken Patterson’s layout, after seeing pictures of his family, and all his magazine shots of his photographic work, and all his layout modules outside in the backyard, regardless of his layout those locos look great and sound great

To my knowledge, TOBY(imported by PFM) was the only company to produce the 1500 series steam engine in the 70s. I have seen prices range from $500-1000K depending on whos selling it.

Nope... This engine was built in the 70's by Toby and imported by PFM and I took it all apart and added a lot of detail and 2 decoders and then painted it.
