This sounds like #40 in D.G County! (the whistle on #40 is not historically correct, uh- so basically, the creators were just lazy decided to put a SP 6 Chime on there. In real life, the actual #40 had a Crosby, Longeran, or a different whistle. #40 worked for the Uintah Railroad aka U.R.Y.)
