The houses in this area a nice compared to most cities I've been to. You see a lot more brick and stone construction than just siding. The newer the home the higher quality and style it will be. In decades past there was a tendency to use more siding and less brick. Even the overall exterior style and interior design has improved dramatically since the 1990s. The entire area really is booming and construction of highways, businesses, and homes is a constant, it's just everywhere and we are no where near land locked yet. A lot of the boom in the last few decades has been centered on highway 121 in Plano but now it's moved north to highway 380 and 380 is being widened now to accommodate all the growth. I'll tell you it's a lot more fun to live in a growth area than one that is in decline or stagnant.

Moved to Frisco Nov ‘20 and love it. Used to live in Coppell for a few years and it just felt too small townish, so many families have lived there for generations and it’s very clickish. Ur either in or ur not. Frisco on the other hand is very welcoming, many of my kids friends have moved from out of state over the last few years so everyone is eager to make friends. Their school is amazing and I’ve never been more pleased.

I hope these two happen in Frisco's Universal Studio: 1.) It should have Nintendo world ( At Lease, kids version ) because Frisco is proud of its only (unique) USA video museum. 2.) Harry Potter world ( at least kids version )! If you search internet, you can see how much kids like Harry Potter related things.

Frisco is very nice and lots of things to do, but overcrowded now in days and friends that live there share horrible experiences about the school district. It's not all bad, but it was the best at some point and now people are looking to buy elsewhere for that reason. At least those with kids.

It can feel a bit congested, no question, especially getting out of the city through through Eldorado, Teal or 423. Where do you feel people are moving to right now? Prosper?

@@thedfwhomeowner Yes, Prosper is very nice and adjacent to North Frisco. I actually spend a lot of time there. Looking to buy in that area at some point in the future. For now, very happy North of McKinney with a great school district.
