My mom used to make a “Fritos” dish also- its a family favorite it has ground beef, avocados dnd more in it. We call it “quicha”!!😊

That does look good. Your husband does such a great job on the videography. As for a Father’s Day gift, me personally, I don’t care about gifts. My wife asks me what I want to do on Father’s Day and I always tell her that I am cooking.

I've made this for years and always used pd taco seasoning instead of the chile powder. Excellent recipe!

Making this tonight as a side dish as it looks delicious. I noticed the recipe posted doesn't list the half red onion but I followed the video. I Love frito so this is a great way to incorporate them into a salad.
