Dean Hamiti deserves more respect than he got from these guys. Their only criticism was a concern that he might struggle when he’s on bottom. They totally ignored his offense and how good he is on top. Dean is very capable of beating the 2 guys ranked above him and he’s a definite contender at 174lbs.

i think Hamiti can score on anyone at 174, the real question is can he force positions which he can score from (ie. can he get off of bottom and potentially open up a levi haines or keagan o’toole). Dean Hamiti with DT by his side is a force i’m very very excited to see at the highest levels!

Unrelated, please start a timer on the amount of injury time AJ Ferrari takes during the year. And how much time he takes pulling up his socks and knee pads and going from out of bounce to center. Dude gasses but finds more time to catch a breather than anyone I've ever seen.

At 174 I’m going with Hamiti over O’Toole at the Big 12 Championship and at NCAA pending on seeding in same side. However Hamiti loses to Haines at 174lb NCAA Championship Finals Match
@Vincentovich89Күн бұрын
I could see this actually. Rooting for Hamiti to get the title, but I don't think he could beat both Levi AND Keegan back to back. Dean will need the 1 seed at nationals which likely means he will have to beat O'Toole at Big 12s while remaining undefeated.

Bartlett isn't a title contender because he will never beat jesse again and can't beat alirez. A healthy meyer was a title contender last year. Austin o'connor is the most underrated 2x ncaa champion. David carr was the best p4p wrestler last season. Bailey can't win a title, nobody can beat crookham, especially in march. Ramirez ducked carr and got rewarded for it. Hamiti also can't get better than 3rd. If keegan got better since the last time he faced hamiti, he is going to school him. Anthony echemendia should've chose his health system over the team. Mendez should be over crookham in the pound for pound rankings. Shapiro is a top 5 pound for pound wrestler and was only prevented from being a 4-timer because he likes concussions

Beau has lost to Jesse the past two times with a score of 4-1 Beau can definitely pull one out will he? who knows but the gap has not widened in any match between them. Also Crookham is a winner he is good but he is 2 points and 1 point better than bailey, I agree with everything else.
@LakeNonaFan17 сағат бұрын
@@jwin814 jesse is 3-1 against beau and it’s trending in the wrong direction. Crookham has close scores, but it’s not really close, like starocci. The thing is, no one can take crookham down
@jwin81417 сағат бұрын
@@LakeNonaFan officially 2-1, but yeah the score in those matches are not blowouts and beau has been right there, i dont think its enough to say he can never overcome a 1 takedown match. Carter has 100% bonus this year, last year prior to injury his only close match was to Rocco. Crookham had a 10-5 win over Angelo Rini.. I think Bailey is closer than you think, if bailey wrestles smart

Spey's coach reminds me of ours. Back in the a kid who wrestled in the dapper dan, Kellen Harris, was a dominant force in district ten and our kid was horrible. The coach said he would be proud if he survived the length of a video text message, which were like 7-10 seconds. Kid got pinned in under ten seconds. Really wish harris hadnt went to marshall for football.he was so good and not as well coached as the elite recruits in the nation.

@JM-wf2to2 күн бұрын
I love PSU but what avenue do you give Kerk to win? He isn't stronger or faster than gable. He isn't more experienced. He doesn't have a positional advantage. He's tremendous but couldn't take out Parris after gable left and I don't see how he beats gable now magically.
