Yep! I was taught to trust in God's mercy, but not presume God's mercy. An friend of mine gets upset when I won't declare that I'm going to heaven. I hope to, to be sure, but at the end of the day, that is God's decision. So, I pray for unity with and understanding of our God

Loosing the race on the home stretch is my greatest fear, as I get so weary. That's why I love listening to you, Fr. Mark! Regarding music in heaven, I believe there are violins. Years ago after my father died, I waa praying for him a great deal, quite concerned for some reason. After about 9 months, I woke up one morning, feeling his presence as though he was happy and saying goodbye, and I heard the most incredibly beautiful violin music that had to be heavenly as I never heard anything close to it on earth. And that sea of glass, I can't prove it, but my heart believes that floor of heaven came down to meet with us at the closing mass at the national eucharistic congress in Indiana last summer. Jesus is here with us today, tomorrow and forever. Praise be to God, our Lord Jesus Christ.

I had a friend that had terminal cancer and opted to take medicine to end his life. I felt he fell right before the finish line. I pray he is at peace but was disappointed in his decision to end the race early But then again whom am I to judge I wasn’t suffering like him.

I, too, have that problem with sleep. Try to at least direct your thoughts towards the l9ve of God, fir I am convinced tge tempted uses oyr weariness against us. I will keep you in my prayers.

I had a dream a while back that the end as we know it was the end of 2028. I'm probably watching too many of Father Mark's videos about the end. 🤣😂
