One of the finest camping instructors on KZbin, and your partner in crime too, Marc, a very enjoyable film Alan, I have a similar tent, you may know it, called a army diamond brand, very comfortable inside like the one your using here. As for those Olives, yes, I love em, when I’m stomping about in Greek mountains, lol, I always eat them, with a variety of Greek food. Tell Marc I didn’t see any Dingos running about in your area on this shot, 😅 as for those young kids camping near you, yes they too should enjoy themselves, but….they don’t seem to have the training like you and Marc, regarding noise and behavioural issues when out in the battlefield…😂 oh well, something I always dread when out an about, think I prefer a pack of Dingos 😂😂 all the very best , Brian

Decent looking tent dude. Re your Bergen - get some mods done - they can severely increase the capacity of it. I replaced the front pocket with a side pouch (with the original front pocket added to that) and added one under the Bergen. Also lashed in a few net pouches for good measure. There is never too much storage capacity on a Bergen. P.S - Mark definitely owes you beers for next time.

Cool camp, the hill zero looks mint, unfortunately like most u.s.? Tents, it's a inner pitch first, and a hydrostatic head of 2,000 hh, for £250 ish, would thought it would at least be 3,000hh, but ha ho still a cool tent ,good health and safe travels my friend, cheers craig

The tent looks like a litefighter U.S. military tent, except approximately $400 cheaper, unfortunately you have to pay for the OCP camoflauge. However, the litefighter has a conversion kit to turn the three season tent into a four season.

That tent looks really well designed, definitely worth paying a little extra for. Is the fly well reinforced where it rests on the spreader bars?
@jim-bob-outdoors4 ай бұрын
Yes but the load is so well spread, it dont really need it. It Velcro's to the pole in a couple of places and the adjustment is done by a strap in each bottom corner.

Hi mate, just taken my dirtbike up a mountain in wales for a stealth camp in the forrest with my hammock, cheap tarp i had was rubbsih so i ordered a DD 3x3, however i like the look of the slognac camo pattern, wandered if i should have gone withthat instead, which one do youthink is the better tarp, and which is better camo for uk? (Stealth camp video will be uploaded on my channel in a week or 2, going to focus most of my content on wild camping from now on)
@jim-bob-outdoors4 ай бұрын
That's a tough call. Both are good and its a close call on the camo. The DD I think is a camo that will work in more places, but I love the Solognac due to the black underside and the loop placement. All depends on location and what you are doing with it. I have done a comparison video years ago if you would like the link. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZ2wnq2YmK19m6Msi=ZvznKkdBK7kyVTsb
