My particular location appears to have faired well over last couple of tough years elsewhere and a great real estate opportunity has presented that lends well to this business. I can't seem to find much resource as covering the conversion of an existing commercial warehouse into self-storage facility. In particular design options that can get on paper all the aspects of how the converted self-storage will look, from best mix and selection of units sizing to maximize rental returns (from available sq ft) through to entry/exit/flow/security considerations? Any turnkey solution providers for facility design and hardware supply that you can suggest take a look at?
