Graham Stephan how do I do stock invest or index funds from India Most of the schemes which u told r directed to us residents
@rhot20125 жыл бұрын
@@kennedyfrancis5875 If you are asking how to invest in US stocks or funds as citizen or resident of India there are brokers such as TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab among others available to open a global account. India had its own stock exchange and brokers if you want to invest in Indian stocks. I know that you can invest in foreign stocks in the US through American Depository Receipts and Global Depository Receipts. I have never invested in these and I don't know if there are equivalent investment instruments in India. Be aware of the restrictions and tax implications of investing in stocks from a different country. Example: I have read that only US citizens or foreigners residing in the US can invest directly with Vanguard USA. You may owe taxes both in the US and in India on dividends from a US company.

Really like your videos. If I had to nitpick at one part - it would be part of your take of investing in individual stocks: A good investing principle translates through all asset classes. Your take on real estate is great - and it's how stock investing should be viewed as to: 1. Buying an undervalued (company) that I can get at a good deal on 2. Buying (a company whose cash flows) I’m expecting will go up in value over the next 10 years 3. (A company that employs conservative debt measures) Get a low interest, fixed rate, 30 year loan on the property 4. Renovate and fix up the property so it’ll be worth even more by the time I’m done with it (Companies going through restructuring) 5. Rent out the property, and the rents should cover all of my expenses plus profit (Companies that are cash flow positive) 6. Repeat this same process and do it over and over again As (our) favorite investor always says - the value of anything depends on how much cash it gives you from today until judgement day - discounted back at an appropriate rate. Cash on cash or IRR vs. the alternative returns or rates are another way of looking at this. Picks such as AMD and Tesla - though great companies - are very difficult to value since the cash flows are so unpredictable. And if you can't value it, you can't wait until it's undervalued to purchase it. Analyzing individual companies are my favorite - similar to you and real estate - I just wouldn't want your principles to be conflicting. If you ever want to chat more on this, let me know! // Love your stuff ~

@drmadjdsadjadi4 жыл бұрын
By the year 2062, if you have invested in index funds, you will realize that the Lamborghini is not worth the money you would spend on it anyway. Instead you will using the self-driving 2042 Honda CR-V you bought in 2045 (so as to avoid the huge depreciation hit of the first couple of years) because it still runs well enough to take you to your bridge game and back without too much trouble.

investing could be stressful especially for beginners but, when you have an expert financial manager you dont have to worry about losing your money, I was convinced the best way to attain great milestone in the financial market was to diversify portfolio and for amateurs to seek professional guidance.

Graham, if you haven’t read a book called The Wealthy Gardener by John Soforic you should check it out. Definitely my favorite book now. It’s much in the way of Millionaire Next Door, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and Think and Grow Rich. Probably not many concepts in there you don’t already know, but it really causes one to want to get out there and work harder than ever before.

A career in bitcoin offers you opportunity to earn alot of money, if you have the patience to learn the process and strategies involved or better still get yourself a professional broker like Mrs shelter trading services.

I once was caught in a situation that made me decide to start putting money away in order to attain my $401k portfolio 2 year's time. I even got into growth stocks, and ETFs. I've come to realize that the only thing one can't get back is time. I rather work hard to achieve my goals than sit back and regret. With the help of a licensed trade analyst, and a little discipline, I’ve been able to compound over $41k in profits from my trades. I'm seeing great results already. Back to the video. I always look forward to your next content. Keep it up!

Traders can try all the strategies they see on KZbin. But I can tell for a fact most will still lose money due to improper knowledge on how the liquidity providers manipulate the stock charts, that is why the importance of investing with a good broker can not be over emphasized.
