Two years after I was born. My parents watched 13 when I was growing up. I remember Pulse Plus and Ernie Lee Breakfast Beat, Leslie Spencer I think all many years ago but I will say my parents were very loyal to only watching WTVT 13 news!! My dad said 13 was the best and he hated the news on 10 haha I was a kid so I was watching cartoons on 44 with Barbara Callahan and the 44 Kids Club haha. Long live WTVT 13!! Still Tampa Bays best!

Tell me, Chris, do you remember Salty Sol Fleischman? I remember him to a degree - I lived just over a year in Zephyrhills, in Pasco County, and years later spent one month in Dade City.

@@MegaJustGeorge I remember him. I lived in Sarasota and we loyally watched Channel 13 to see Pulse News (remember the big digital clock?) and then Walter Klondike for the CBS Evening News. Friday nights after Pulse Late News, it was Shock Theater!! Stay up reeeeally late watching monster movies! 1970 will never die in our hearts!

How well I remember all this. We lived right up the street from Hugh Smith( 1963). Shock theater, yes! What channel was the Uncle Bruce show on? Lots of memories!
