I would assume the game itself is running at 640X480, and probably the video source is 480i, but presumably deinterlaced for KZbin. 360p wasn't really a thing back then. (And hell, we didn't refer to display resolutions with the number+i or p designations back then either. I don't remember seeing 480p, 720p, 1080i, or 1080p before like 2008 honestly.
