I tried alkaline it gave me a headaches for weeks, I couldn't sleep. Did a MRI, ect cause I thought something was wrong with my brain. Then they ask...what water you drink? And I told them Essentia and they said OH NO...the alkaline is too high for little body. I stop drinking that water and headaches went away. So please make sure that your body can take HIGH level of alkaline. Now I drink Mountain Valley water only. Love it

Do not drink bottled spring water. So many contaminants. Microplastics etc. Crystal Geyser especially. Also when bottled and stored it becomes oxidized. Kangen medical device makes the best alkaline water.

There's a borwell spring water. This raw test water results show as under: 1. pH : 7.01 2.TDS : 150 3. Iron : 0.12 4. Total hardness: 50 Is this borwell water good for bottling plants?

If your body's pH level is not balanced, you'd be dead. You don't need alkaline water for your pH balance.

At the same time your urine, and stomach should be acidic. To much Alkaline and your body will have a harder time fighting off pathogens. I suggest adding lemon juice to your Alkaline water for best results.

Why the hell would our bodies be out of alkaline in the 1st place? Our bodies in our stomach have acid and all kinds of fluids and a slight difference in ph isn’t going to make areal difference. Several kinds of water taste like they were filtered fresh from the toilet 🚽 water and are absolutely disgusting 🤮. Sad that bottled water isn’t properly tested. Placing a prong that only tests for minerals and pH and nothing else tells us very little about bottle water quality. At least get a test kit that can test for 17 different things in the water so we know more of what is actually in the water and what we are about to drink. ❤

Here's the thing, I'm pretty sure water is the #1 consumed beverage in the entire world, and yes even in The US. The thing is, no one kept tabs on how much water people drank back in say, the early 80s, and back. The bottled water craze wasn't a thing yet but sales of soda pop have always been a thing, especially during the Pepsi vs. Coke Wars.
