This is the most beautiful way I have ever heard anxiety explained and why it can be so hard to get out of those loops. Heads goes round and round as with tummy. Bare foot on the grass, spooning and heaven and earth for me. It must be impossible to heal without being grounded. Thanks for another great video Prune x

Ever since I switched to barefoot shoes my anxiety has significantly decreased. For the winter this year, I am going to get a more weather resistant pair of barefoot shoes as the difference it makes to my everyday grounding is remarkable with no effort on my behalf. Just a small suggestion for anyone out there who struggles with severe anxiety on a daily basis. Thank you so much Prune for this video! It's an old one but for some reason it got suggested to me today!

Find myself just so resonating with your rich wisdom and information Prune. I also feel very empowered to create change in patterns that I have not been aware, of or feelings I have pushed down or never processed that have been lifelong...... With much Gratitude 🙏 Namaste

Speaking of grounding in the winter, last winter I got shearling bootie slippers (no rubber soles to impede the electricity) and wore them on my back stoop each morning with feet directly on the earth, snow or not on the ground. Along with getting sun into my eyes and fresh air in my lungs I felt more grounded than in any other winter. I’ll be doing it again this coming winter. Of course in the summer I go out barefoot to ground.

Thank you very much Prune. I too have found this talk very helpful. I appreciate the description of myself within a sort of column of energy ascending and descending between heaven and earth. It helps me to feel connected in my visualisations and makes me feel more comfortable. I am not even feeling anxious yet I found the skin stroking exercise so relaxing. I think it will be a great exercise for me to try before bed to aid sleep. Simple quick and effective! Big thanks xx

Hey I believe I notice some hormone related issues. I was so depressed, desperate this week and I could do the grounding, calm myself, but as soon as I get back into action it hit hard every time. I could also do all the rational thinking to calm my mind, but everything felt like too much and I got extremely angry. Such a confusing mix of emotions, from desperation to rage, panic and avoidance. Also been diagnosed bipolar. I do appreciate that I am learning to calm, get my system down again, but like you say there is this noise that keeps going.

I experience a terrible anxiety throughout my body. I try to change my thoughts and give it away to the universe. I need to practice more on this grounding. However, it is very cold here in Sweden so would need help with how to do grounding at home.

Hi, Ann, so glad you've tapped into Prune's video here. You are welcome to explore this blog of Prune's too - dedicated to grounding. Grounding indoors can be just as effective as grounding outdoors too, so it's ok if you are needing to stay indoors to remain warm over the winter months. www.pruneharris.com/post/grounding My best to you! With gratitude ~ Jennifer

Yes, definitely, thank you for asking. You can work with Stomach and Bladder meridians to help ground your system. There are also many other ways too - you are welcome to search Prune's channel here for "grounding" and you will find many ideas. Enjoy :) With gratitude ~Jennifer

Thank you so much for the support. Looking forward to you talking about the hormones. Its amazing how much the body can change, from having a toned body one day and then the body changes into something totally different.the skin gets lose and I think to myself where did all that muscle go. I am working on grounding Technics at the moment to help with the cortisol levels in my body.
