Hi Prune I've just been introduced to your wonderful videos by my sister in law. My daughter suffers from the opposite of constipation. Would these exercises help with that? Thank you🙏

Hi, Karen ~ how wonderful! Thank you for joining Prune on this channel. These practices will help to balance the entire digestive system. Also good to tune into Prune's videos dedicated to Large Intestine meridian as that will help to key in more specifically to inviting ease and flow and balance. Best wishes to your daughter as she works with this. With gratitude ~ Jennifer

The first part (becore making the heart shaped movement) is a qigong exercise. So it's a known, tried and tested method to generate more energy. Thanks for sharing, Ms Prune.

Can you do this cross patterning everyday? Thank you
@PruneHarris15 күн бұрын
Hello there ~ you bet you can. You may even need to do it multiple times each day at the beginning to invite those energies to cross. One general recommendation is to do this each time you are feeling "off" and see how you feel. Your own wisdoms will help to guide you with this type of work. Our best to you! With gratitude ~ Jennifer

Important question about the happy hormones course please - what content does it feature for male bodies, energy systems and hormones? Is it all just about menstruation and menopause, or if not what's the split between female body systems and male ones? Many thanks
